I am an overseas pakistani and thinking to settle back in pakistan.
However before moving back i want to generate an income of 1.5 lakh per month from property rent.
May i request forum members to provide your valuable suggestions on where in twin cities i should be buying property and how much investment i should expect.
Irrespectiblve of the property you buy,in present circumstances,0.5 pc rent per month is the prevalent figure.It means for 1.5 lacs rent, u need atleast 30 million to invest.

Please explore bahria town phase-4 civic center and make deal for a shop or office. Falcon is right on 3 crores buying which would yield 1.5 lacs profit. In civic center rents are nice, no problem with renters, big brands will come take your property. ROI is lucrative.
One good option is bahria enclave islamabad. A 10 marla house (price 24 million) is generating one lak monthly rent.
