Dear experts
For overseas pakistan; there are always limited options to quickly go for sale/purchase activity in order to generate monthly income on their investment. Due to this reason, majority of them prefer to investment in long-term investment either in residential/commercial property with an expectation that their investment will give them gain after several years.
Secondly, newly imposed taxes such as capital gain tax, transfer fees, etc.….Also impacting and discouraging sale/purchase business on daily basis.
In such scenario; what are the lucrative opportunities for the overseas pakistani to go for short-term investment which would yield monthly source of income rather than long-term investment? Any healthy opinion/suggestion in this regard is warmly welcome!

I would be considering an investment of 6 to 12 millions PKR
Sir the properties that can be rented immediately are usually expensive and usually have less growth margins.I tjink for rental purposes,a house in I-9/10 can be considered where u can buy an old house,renovate it and get it rented.

Here, i am looking for the possible short-term opportunities currently available for different budget sizes around 3,4,5 Million etc; through which monthly return on investment would be available for investor who cannot do quick sale/purchase or manage investments on ground physically.
Go for farm house plot near to new airport and opposite to Cpec special economic zone…
