Need to invest 4.5 million in a plot in Islamabad within this month.

Is G-15/4 a good option? Plots (without possession) are available in this price range.

Rizwan sab i suggest you to invest it in proper cda sectors profit is you luck and will not harm so much. I suggest you good options sincerely. Cda non developed sectors. E12, G-14, I-11 & I-12. But E-12 25x50 size come in you budget it is the best for you. Enclave-1 is also a good option but presently i suggest u to invest here and after this switch to enclave. I have to mention here that it is just from investment point of view these places are not for the building of your house at the moment. If any ambaguity u can also contact 03355063653. Buy either in DHA2 P block or in Cabinet E-17/3.

Thank you very much for your valuable advice. I will be arriving in Islamabad in mid-December and in light of your advice I will look into the DHA options. However, I am more interested in something towards the new airport and in future I might go for building a house on this plot (may be 5-7 years or so). Therefore, I was more interested in G-15 because it lies near the new airport. G-13 and 14 are out of my range. Even in G-15/4 the possession plots were available a couple of years ago for 45 lakh but now they are 65-70 range. I am assuming that if I get a non-possession plot by 40-45 lakhs it might go upto high value in future.

Please advise!

Thanks for your reply. Would you please elaborate what kind of risks could be involved in purchasing a plot in G-15/4 or elsewhere without possession?

Go for B-17 or I-12. B-17 will have many options for you (with possession) and I-12 is a matter of few months to a year, it will get developed and is very well located.

Non possession plots might not get the possession in due course due to many reasons.... So, for building purposes, it is always advisable to get possession plots...
