Investment of 13 Million & Bahria Extension Future

I have an investment of 13 million. What would be the ideal society to invest now , since most of the societies like Bahria 8 Extension , I-15,E-12 , B-17, DHA 3 have already got the jump.
What should be the next one to invest in.

Also 5 marla floating around 26 lac in bahria phase 8 extension is still worth to buy ?
or if it seems that it has reached the top.

I guess you can invest in Bahria Town Lahore or Bahria Orchard Lahore.
you will get good return In Sha Allah.

you can get 2 to 3 5 marla plots in your budget and in next few months you will get around 10 to 20 lac profit easily In Sha Allah.

also Bahria Enclave Semi develop plots in sector N and Sector O good for investment purpose.
