Investment / life in airport employees cooperative housing society

I have very unfortunately invested and moved in airport society, rawalpindi. I must admit that fault was on my part as i did not do proper research. But to warn other fellows i would like to mention few major issues of this society.
One of the biggest problem is scarcity of water. The water is supplied after 2 days and duration is hardly half an hour. The water of supply is not of drinking standards hence you would have to visit water filtration plant where you would find long ques specially in summer season.
Another problem is its entry / exit point which is only one passing through gulzar-e-quaid, which you would find always jammed due to high number of schools on the road. Roads conditions are also not admirable. Please be careful and do proper research before moving in this particular area.

I am also a resident of airport housing society sector 2 as per me this is the best society in Rawalpindi prices are very good as compared to its location and facilities yes there are areas where water is a problem but entry and exit is separate you don't need to go through gulzar e quaid its connected directly to highway ,,see the Google map for more details Bahria and DHA are very expences and far from Islamabad but after completion of Signal free road ( work in progress completion in December 2016 ) this will be hot cake so please don't confuse others ,,anyone who is interested please go yourself and see this is excellent society Sector 1,2,3 are recommended sector 4 is little far.

Rest Allah knows better

Average development.

Low price.

Sacarcity of water.

Good location.

Are few attributes of society. Overall if water issue is not there i think its fine society for a middle class.

Good location.

Good rental value because of location and advantage of signal free expressway.

Good for low budget people.

Poor development.

Water issue.

Security issue.

I am not sure about NOC.
