I want to invest in Zone 2. My dealer has advised to invest in Wapda Town mentioning that it is safe, not over priced, have better access and will give good return after 3-5 years.
He says that Top City & Mumtaz City are over priced now whereas F-17 and CDECHS have land related issues.
Kindly advise. My budget is around 3.5 million.
Dear Zain, can you please share the asked price and plot size in Wapda town by your specific dealer?
F-17 (Multi) has no land related issues, you can buy and construct your house there but if you talk about T&T in F-17 i cant say anything.
Top City own all the land and never marketed their commercial so far. Therefore no liquidity issue. Dont know about Mumtaz and CDECHS.
All depends upon your plans, if you like to construct house in near future like 2-3 years F-17 is good in zone 2. Otherwise invest and wait

Thanks for your reply. Plot size in Wapda town D block is 10 marla and price range mentioned is 14-15 lac.
Two weeks before i have bought one 10 marla plot in 12 lacs and currently getting offer of 14 lacs. Prices are increasing quite quickly. One month before the price range was 8 to 12 lacs but now nothing is available below 12 lacs. Still a very less price for 10 marla as compared to other societies nearby.
A good location plot is around 14 lacs.
My dear brothers…its a delight to see some light being shed on wapda town.i have been stuck there for last 10 years.now the prices are growing very fast.i cant and wont suggest to invest because some one stuck there for 10 years will definately hate that society unless 10 marla goes above 20…but i am expecting a good jump after interchange than atleast i m out from wapda for good.

But brother hold it till march or after the opening of interchnge…which block did u purchase the plot in ??

In your budget you can definitely find some more options. F-17 has no land issues especially the part developed by Multi.
Development in D block is started now. They have given the task to some contractors who have already started their work. The passages have been made for the construction of roads in D block which will connect to the C sector of AWT.
Hopefully till the interchange completes, the road access from wapda to AWT will also be completed.
The complete development of D block would still require an year.
