I want to invest upto rs.10 lac in university town. I want to know the future prospects of this society.
Can you suggest alternate option in isd if univ town not suitable.

Sohail sb, it is very low profile kind of investment... The society at the moment does not have a potential to grow considerably. However, with the opening of airport and if it gets some kind of access to the main Motorway directly, the prices could increase.... However, due to limitation of your budget, I don't see any other good and reasonable option for you. You may better consider AWT and WAPDA Town.... The chances of interchange getting opened for AWT and Wapda Town are more then UT getting access to motorway after shifting of the Toll Plazas.

Agreed with Khan sb AWT & Wapda Town both are the better options with this budget.
