We booked an 8 marla house in tricon village in 2008 where the full price was paid at that time with promise to hand it in 2010, now five years have passed they are not completing the house neither giving us possession. We want to sell it in the same condition but no one will buy it in this state . We live abroad so not much contact with the party .What we can do ? Wiil anyone interested in buying in this condition as we no longer wants to keep it do advise us.
