What is the best location for 2-3 years investment in top-city and mumtaz city? Budget 20-25 lac.
If u want to play safe, go for MC… If can afford some level of risk, go for TC…

Does Mumtaz City falls under Islamabad? I think according to CDA Map it is beyond Islamabad.
Zain bhai jaan, iss duniya may Islamabad k ilawa bhi bahut kuch hein… It is not within the CDA limits…

Both are good for investment but MC is developed and TC is underway.
I am agree with respected Khan sab.It seems to be a law of nature, inflexible and inexorable that those who will not risk cannot win

Mumtaz and TopCity both are good investments, both societies are located side by side and have NOCs from same departments. However, Mumtaz City prices are quite higher because development is almost 60 % complete, where as TopCity development is 30- 40 % complete and work is in progress. So, if u ask me, the potential to earn more is from TopCity.
I have visited both Mumtaz City and Top City and there is a huge difference in the standard of development of both societies, Top city is being developed in much more modern and organised manner, whereas Mumtaz city is not that eye catching, If I would be in your place I would definitely go for Top city. And further more the development work in top city is much more faster than mumtaz city. Best of Luck.
