Investment in rwp/isb

I want to invest in rwp/isb with a budget of 3.2 million. I have holding power of up to 4-5 years. Seeking experts’ advice on where exactly to invest (with brief reasons please) and what return (% or in amount) should i expect in say 4 years. Currently i have been exploring bahria town rwp as the only option.

You should buy only in value added areas such as BT phase-8, I and series CDA sectors with your limited money or if you are the type taking risks then sky is open for you in zone-2, new mushrooming societies and keep your fingers crossed.

Having said that Faisal town, F-17, B-17, AWT, are better with good value addition but you need to increase your resources a bit more.

Falcon sir yes! but in his investment limit, i doubt he has any option in DHA. DHA is on higher end ?

DHA-5, a 5 Marla is selling at 38-42 lacs and development is marginally at good pace. After IH being signal free, it will appreciate In Shaa Allah.

For that much time in mind, my options will be

I-12

I-12 is good in large time span, but so far no electricity no water!

Aq sb what’s your take on Bahria Enclave, on my recent visit, saw lot of development and its beautiful from inside, lot of families are already living there, access is issue but heard dealers saying that MR will get access from Park Enclave onto chak Shahzad road

Although nothing available there in OP’s budget I think
