Investment in Park Enclave iii, what are pros and cons?

I checked some latest facebook posts that development has been started on Park Enclave iii and now profit for 5 marla has jumped to 50 lac. So total cost of 5 marla plot will be around 127 lac and 10 marla around 2 crore, but in installments. So any one here has some experience in Park Enclave? what are the pros and cons. Is it better investment than G-14/13?

I’m not sure what’s going on, but no one here responds to anything related to PE-3. I’ve tried asking before as well, but no one is willing to talk about PE3. Very odd.
