I am asking Saima builders project at 5 star chowrangi
Saima projects are pending projects!! , take it near johar , gulshan etc etc. One of my friend wanted to buy and they told him possession in dec 2013 , and now its Jan 2015, still half of the project is incomplete.
I have Duplex apartment in Karachi in Malir Cantt (Duplex) by Fatima Golf Residency... Its has 4 bedroom, two tv lounges and guest drawing room. This apartment is opposite to Sohni Resorts and land opposite to this project belong to Bahria town for future residential project (not announced)
Its facing main road/westopen with Jinnah Aiport Runway and Golf Course view.
I want to sell my apartment as in need of money, its under construction. 9th floor is in progress.
