Investment in jinnah garden?

Hy! Everyone...

I have seen many options in islamabad highway including gulberg, jinnah, pakistan town, swan, pwd and river garden. But currently only jinnah garden is suitable for investment as area is developing and near to highway as compared to gulberg residencia, and price is also not very high compared to swan garden, and you can get 30x60 plot around 30 lakh on non developed road. I'm interested to buy their, but before buying, i just want to get your expert advice. Is it a save option to by plot their. Any other point that i'm missing and you want to highlight it, you are wellcome....

Zishan sab jinnah garden is highly recommended for residential as well investment point of view in your budget. I am also constructing my house there and i have also plots there for investment point of view

Bahria phase 8 is the option where you can invest you can get a plot in phase 8 under developed area in 30 lac and it is also not very far

Dealers praise socity bcz they work there. Truth is jinnah is worst socity. Some ppl have files since 8 years and still these r files. Ppl who have links or approach can convert files to plots which r mostly management members who r working as dealers too. I also buyed a 5 mrla plot in 35 lac one year ago and still i cannt get one lac profit. When buying dealers will tell u a plot price 35 and when u try to sell they say market down n say 30 price. Allah gharet kry esy logo ko jo yu logo ko thgi lgaty. Naval anchorage korang town river garden and Pakistan town 1 have proper noc

Coop societies in twin cities are all pathetic.
Start from Atomic Energy, Jinnah Garden, Sawan Garden, Ghouri Town…list goes…
None of them works by book, better still, every next election brings even bigger crook at COOP office…
Better to avoid…
