I know a bit about the property scenario in isb but i am not aware about the situation of properties in lahore. I know that recently property prices in lahore have jumped after new govt taking oath.
I want to know which of the two cities are better from investment and returns point of view in a short term period lets say 2 to 3 years.
Few major areas of both cities include cda, dha, bahria. How can we compare these areas of both cities in terms of short term investment.
Would like to know the answer to this one, too.
Sir islamabad is the federal capital and in my view point investment is much better here…
Islamabad is a better option in regard of ROI
Though Lahore is a good option also but CDA, DHA, Bahria are some of the reasons which leads Islamabad to Lahore...

Can there be any added advantage to the progress of development of schemes and hence the fast increase in prices in lahore as compared to islamabad, with reference to coming to power of current government. Specially if we consider the time period of next five years only.
