Investment In I-16

I need sincere advise from property guru on his forum. I am in process of buying a plot size of 2550 in I-16.

I have seen the prices on Zameen.com which range from 22lac to 26lac. I believe prices on Zameen.com is always on higher side. Before I make my decision and investment my hard earn money, I would like to carry out details analysis on this forum.

What is market price of corner 25
50 plot?

What is expected time frame of development + possession? CDA current status regarding I-16?

What is expected profit margin in one years time?

Which sector is better to invest I-16/1, I-16/2, I-16/3 or I-16/4?

Any recommendation to invest 2 millions with profit margin of 4-5 lac in a year.

In I-16, I think I-16/4 big numbers plots (~1900-2100 series)are good.

How about i-12 or i-15?

I.16 Has already got possession. .I am also looking to buy a plot there in around 2 million…but out of four I-16/4 is the best…I-15 does not has possession. …I.12 IS good but is expensive. …

How come they have possession in I-16 but not in I-12 & I-15?? Is it because the land was clear and “level” in I-16 so it was easy for CDA to give possession?

That could be the reason...Beacause land in I-15 is not that level but I heard that CDA will soon gona get them possession..However..I-14 and I-16 got possession...I am also planning to get plot in I-16 ..But I dont know about its future regarding investment..However, it is good for living since all amenities are at few kms ...

My 2nd option is Bahria Town phase 8 extension...

I would request experts to please comment and give their suggestions and buyer to share their experiences..

Well I-16 is developed sector of CDA with electricity and Gas will be there within some time and whether and if Haji Camp route to niia is followed it will be another boost and even if the Kashmir Highway route is made they will give access to the i-series sectors like i-10 or i-11 have access to Kashmir Highway there so i will recommend to invest in i-16 even if you get no profit within a year it will give alot more 4-5 lacs within 2-3 years.

Yes I-16 seems like a great option for the coming 3-4 years. However, In all the potential I sectors for investment+living.. I think I-12 is ripe for investment.. Even I-11/2 is also good but possession has been given there so rates are saturated now. Does anyone know the current progress in I-12? I heard development has started.

Yes, I-16 looks like a feasible investment, can somebody pls quote the rates minimum to maximum for all sizes plots.
