Sir if you are looking for islamabad, i would recommend you to buy 1 kanal in phase 5 F block (formerly phase 2 P block) at good location where price of the plot in the block varies from 88 to 105 lacs and spare rest of the money to try your luck in dha multan if launched at reasonable price.
