Yes, this is the best time to invest in DHA Phase 7 (previously known as DHA Valley) because DHA has announced possession of 1800 plots in DHA Phase 7 and 1200 plots in DHA Phase 6 on 13, August, 2024.
DHA administration also announced that at the end of the year they will give possession to approximately 10,000 more plots.
So, gradually people will start building there houses and the prices of plots and balloted files is expected to increase.
