On guidance of some of my friends, I have recently purchased 1 Kanal residential plot in block W of DHA Phase 8 Lahore at the price of around 135 lac between plot numbers 403 to 424. I request to seek clarifications and expert advise on following aspects:
(1) Was it good decision to buy this property for investment purposes.
(2) What is likely ROI in year's time frame?
(3) There is 100 feet road origination from MB Commercial of DHA Phase 6 and going into DHA Phase 8 by dividing X and W block of DHA Phase 8. May I know, whether the front opening of plots from 403 to 424 would be on this road or these plots would have this road on their back?
