Is it a good idea to invest in 5 marla in dha 9 lahore (prism)at current rates or is it better to wait as rates already too high . Secondly , is investment in plots or files better option?
Investment in plot is better & secure option. Prices of Phase-9 prism are quite high at this moment, i think its better idea to wait for few months until development charges letters are issued. We will witness many ups & downs in Phase-9 during next 2-3 years.
