DHA Phase 7 is the cheapest for on the ground developed plots. In future the rate difference Phase 6 and 7 will not be much as it will be considered one area. However you need to be a long term investor, as it will require time to be liveable.
Keeping in view current market situation, phase-7 is best buy in this budget.
