Can anyone suggest safe, secure, hassle-free investment in CDA sectors of Islamabad?
Right now for investment …G-13,G-14(posession sectors only) and G-15…Kashmir Highway extension 3 is being developed so prices are expected to rise in future…Plus these sectors also have advantage of location…
I guess G-14/1 will the best sector in future due to its location but it will take 1 to 2 years to develop.
Depends on ur budget
around 28 lac then g14/1 (non possession)
around 35-40 lac then g14/2-3 (non possession)
G13 is in rising phase as 25x40 is around 60lac
E12 is staring from 32 lac 25x40
non possession sectors hav more potential for returns but in long run not short term
kashmir highway work has good impact on g13
G-13, the last sector of Zone 1, CDA, Islamabad.

CDA investment is considered safe, secure and hassle free but to be in Zone-1 consider D-12, E-11 but both these are more suitable for ones who are going for living purpose. Your investment cannot appreciate with the pace you must be expecting it to be. As for a 35x70 plot in both the figure is around 16 - 22 million.
Consider Zone-2 for investment :
If u have a figure of around 10 - 15 million, then go for D-17 Farm house 5 kanal. I dont know y on this forum it is not discussed as such but the location is very fine. With Dam at the back and Margallas at the front. The important part of D-17 which i like is their is no slum area around, almost whole of D-17 is very neat in terms of development and population both.
It will be a good bet for a period of 3-5 years.
Just give a visit to this place !!
Budget 7.5 - 10 million consider JKCHS (Possession plot 40x80) or go for a twin plot 30x60 (might be u get a deal in this range).
Budget 4 - 5 million E-17/3 50x90.
With less capital go for some file options try your luck and if lucky can gain remarkable returns.

Files are still a risky option, you should explore all options with your investment amount.

Is AWT better than D17
No D-17 is 400 times better than AWT, there land , development, and no of houses developed and people are living in D-17
Before comparing any two sectors or having comments for comparison of two sectors one should have at least a visit there.
