Are some serious issue with this society? Can any bro share about investment in CBR?? What facilities are intact there?

There are possession plots with Gas+Electricity+Water+Ptcl(How much this statement is credible?).

Still some plots ready to possession have good room for investment?

CBR Town Phase-I CBR Zone-5. B,C & D blocks.

V. Good location.

40 feet minimum streets.

Under ground electricity.

Populated and livable.

D Block boundary is touching Bahria Town Meadows Phase- 6.

CBR Town is accessible from Soan Garden National Police Foundation, PWD/Pakistan Town Phase-II.

F.G Model School functional.

Hospital under Construction.

Development standard and Town Planning is better than PWD, Korang Town, Soan Garden etc

5 years back Price of Plot per marla in CBR Town was 3 to 4 time less than neighboring societies.

Now at par or more.

Management is elected and doing well.

CBR Town Phase 2 Not visited.

Best option for those cannot afford Bahria 1 to 6 and DHAI-II

I mentioned that management is poor due to taking such as a long time to give possession to its members.

SUI Gas & Water supply available in all blocks. Under ground water available.

Plot sizes

B Block 3060, 3570, 40*90

C Block 3060, 4080

D Block 30*60

C block is most populated & expensive. B block is isolated and cheapest adjacent with Agosh-I.

Seems good for investment. 30*60 Price 18 to 35 lekh.

@Mian Nadeem. There is a huge gap between 18-35 lac ? Plz elaborate more on prices and which block is best for investment later on construction. One more thing how far is it from islamabad express way.

Main double road, Corner, Park face , level, populated streets plots are expensive. Plots in depression near Nallah and less populated area are cheap.

CBR Town entrance distance from main Express way is 1.5 KM.

C & D blocks are better. Dead end Streets in D block near Bahria are good.
