Prices in bahria town phase 8 have fallen since the market is slow. Is there any room for investment at current keeping in view the next few months? Is any rise in price expected? What about bahria garden city? Any other options for good investment?

I am hearing for at least 2 years that possession in phase 8 is expected “within the next few months”, I am interested in F-4 and F-3. Can anyone please provide an update on current prices (10 marla F3 and 1 kanal F4) and the development status with expected possession. Thanks

Bahria Garden city is a very honey name....actually its very attractive in first few zones out of 9 zones....but.the last 7/8/9 number zones are bhool bhalian....with shaikh chally dreams...

I would like to add question regarding Garden city new lunched phase for 5 marla, it shows as 31 with installments compare to 24 of old 5 marla, how experts see that, what is the location of garden city compare to phase 8, what is better overall, please advise. What sectors of garden city are with possession and why its so neglected so far?
