Is it a good idea to invest in bahria town rawalpindi phase 1,2,3,4,5 10 marla plots?Also please advise me in case i want to build a house in any of these locations
Phase 1 to 6 is good for living but for investment i believe it will grow at slower pace because of the maturity that it has achieved.
Phase 1 to 6 as a whole is good for living but people generally prefer phase 2 and 5 and then comes phase 4 and 6 as choice.
