I have a 10 marla plot in bahria town phase 8 sector K. A property dealer advised me to sell it for 35 and buy a 7 marla plot in safari valley for 38. What do you ppl advice?
For the moment, my intentions are only for investment but I want to construct a house later this year.
I dont think it would be a good move. Pls keep the plot of K-block in your hand. It can give hou much better return after 1-2 years.
I think that in future the Phase 8 is better than safari velley… Bcz the Street Rd size is 50ft and two side footpath… But in velley thd st size is less…and future it will so conjusted… So take care…
