I want to invest around 30 lakh pkr amount and want to know the feasibility of Bahria enclave section b1 or b3 and this area is known as jigyot on the new map.
Please advise me the current status and future milestone?

Bharia enclave is of course a prominent society with a good future ahead of it. Developer is trustworthy as well. But the decision is yours bro

For this area, NOC has been obtained from CDA?
Currently plots file are available only,is it secure to buy on this basis only?

I don't think they have NOC for any of their sector in Bahria Enclave, but they have completed all formalities, so, I think they will get NOC sooner or later, but one thing is for sure once they will get that piece of paper (NOC) from CDA, the prices will get out of hand. The rest Allah knows. Thousands of people have invested in the files of Bah Encl and all are going in profit uptill now. As no one knows about future, so can't predict, as the case with all investments. So, the choice is urs, some sort of risks are always there, but positive thing is that development is going on at rapid pace in all sectors of Bah Encl.
