I recently invested in bahria enclave h sector, general plot for 29 lacks.Advise required that i should invest more and more in h sector or not. What do you see the future of h sector will it increase or i should sell them.
H sector is most in demand in these days due to recent possesion and location. I guess I and J block are also good for investment as they are cheaper and one can expect near possesion. If u have more budget then consider only G block 8 marla. Market price is 40 lacks

G sector 8 marla, are very good for investment...

Please tell me about possession plots in BE and their rates (10 marla and above). Why is G block in high demand? Do they have all utilities available? Also, what is the access situation with BE, which roads are we going to use etc? How many families living there?

Dear Investment in bahria enclave 1 is not bad. The sector H will respond much better as compared to others. But its development will take some time. So think about long term investment.
