Dear Atif Masood, I would suggest you to go for Multi Orchard if you can keep that for 2 to 3 years, it will give you good results In Sha Allah.

Atif Top city and MPCHS both are gud investments, anyways,MPCHS is long term, and “TOP CITY” is short/ medium investment. SO u may go for 2 x 1o marla plots in “TOP CITY”, which is likely to give u gud return in 1-2 years, INSHA ALLAH.

Dear Zain, there are many rumors in market about DHA valley, shifting the blocks to DHA 3 Rawat, and Daducha Dam issue, no development, EOBI scandal and auction of land, but after confirming from Administrator DHA, Islamabad, it is very clear that they can not just make billions of Rupee investment ZERO just like that, development is underway and work is in progress, rates will increase and they are already increased. So i am very hopeful about DHA valley, it is the only cheapest available investment for small investors plus a very good brand name of DHA while Bahria is the developer.
