I want to invest around 5 to 10 million rupees for a short to medium term.
Need some advice for a wise choice.
You can either invest all your money at one place or you can diversify your portfolio.
For one place, recommentaion would be to buy open land as currently open lands are gaining at a higher speed than residential societies.
If you want to diversify then you can invest in any of the DHA's projects plus LDA City Lahore & Bahria Karachi.
