Investment For 2-3 Years

I have a budget of around 25 lac. Can somebody suggest me where to buy a plot (in Rwp/Isb) for investment for 2-3 years?

If you can increase ur budget by few more lacs, BE-1 5 marla plots could be a good option.

B-17 C-Block is also a good option.

CDECHS is another good option.

Thanks for the prompt response. About how much I have to arrange for investment in e.g. BE or B-17?

btw, what is the scope of sectors like F-16?

In BE you will need something around 30 lacs plus minus few lacs depending upon location....

for B-17 also around 3 lacs

F-16 is depended upon development....

With this budget I can buy 7 marla plot in bahria phase 8 block K. Can somebody please tell me the scope of this in terms of investment?
