Brothers,
I am looking for fellow forum members advice how did they see investing in dhai 2(n orp) vs gulberg in the budget range about 6.5million(1 kanal plot).
To mee i see both societies have good potential to rise but the question that arise is which society matures first i.E gives fast and better roi and to me it depends on possession and construction activity.
How did you guys compare.Please participate in the discussion.
