I Want to buy a 40x80 or 1-kanal plot in Islamabad.
Initially I want to buy land and then I will be constructing a house on the same after a years time. My range is up to 5 million.
I already live in Islamabad and want to upgrade to a bigger house.

In G-15, 40x80 will be available for around 8 Million.
Yes and a very good location 40*80 in g-15 can even hit 95-100 lacs. B.R.Malik prices i think in g-15/3 are lower for 40*80 i think in range of 7 million. Does g-15/3 has any issue or is clear in all respects
As far as I know, G-15 is clear from any land problem. I also think that 40x80 in G-15 is under priced. 40x80 has construction area almost equal to 500 yard house.
