I have been reviewing previous posts on this forum and trying to get some answers. Please help me.
I am looking for a apartment/flats in islamabad for investment income opportunity. I am an overseas pakistani. Can someone please recommend some sectors/areas (cda, bharia, anchorage, dha).
Below are the key things to note:
1. My budget is between 25,000usd to 30,000 usd (some flexibility).
2. My investment must be absolutely "secure", meaning clean transfer, no plot registry issues or ownership problems.
3. Good possibility of rental and roi.
4. Recommend any honest property management company that can find renters and collect rent.
I know this too much but, any help will be appreciated. This is my first investment so want to do all my research.

You must buy on ground and ready to rent property do not get trapped on charming rental returns on under developed building. Areas to explore for apartments would be:
Bahria Town Phase 4 Civic Center Apartments
Bahria Town Phase 8 Safari home
Bahria Town Awami Apartments (Cheapest Option)
Apartments in Gulberg Greens
PHA Aparments - Hard to find
Life Style Apartments C and D type. Higher on your budget but best returns.
Studio Apartment in F-11 Islamabad.

One last question, do you know of any reputable Property Management company (Individual) that you have dealt with in Islamabad that can manage and collect rent of the property say in my absence.
I am looking for someone whom I can trust, wont scam me. I am willing to pay, but its hard to trust anyone in Pak with your asset. Can any of you provide some guidance.

Brothers can you share your experiences on who is responsible for upkeep and maintenance of apartments and how much charges are involved. Also what is the average net rental % income to owner after all deductions. Any other related experiences
