1)Yes AWT stands for Army welfare trust and purely managed by army not any private developer

2)I will prefer block F & H in 14-15 lac you will get 10 marla (30x75) level good location plot

3)Long term 5 years investment return is very bright

4)Awt is a sector where you can hold your investment according to your capacity while if you are interested to construct house that would be also an option

5)You will get plot from any real estate consultant or seller not from society

Please tell about Faisal Residencia, where is the location, E-17? Who is developing E-16 as E-17 approach is from E-16, right?

Sir please tell that how it is risky? they have not land on ground? they have not plots mentioned on files? If not, then when is balloting?

What is the repute of its developer? Any flop projects in past

I haven't said that its better from other blocks, in 10 marla block D is costly than others.

I had said that in this budget go for C block instead of F & H, because its very close to motorway interchange and there is chances of better investment returns than F or H block.

Faisal Residencia is in E-17.... Most probably, sub sectors 1 and 4...

The approach will be through F-17 Multi initially.... In the future, it could be through cabinet as well.

It is the project of Zedem int'l, CED Abdul Majeed... Who is the executive of Multi as well...

He has developed his first private project in the shape of Faisal Town F-18. A Block possession will be given in Sep this year.

Faisal Residencia is the new project. They have some land in this E-17 area.... But not totally acquired.

Plot numbers have not been allotted. It was announced recently.
