Even though you are recommending D-17 extension that's something very strange

Ap ko to ye b phir pata hona chaiye k log wahan py kb se se suffer kar rhy hai regarding possession

Kabi site pay janay ka time nikalay aur ja kar dekhay sewerage k pipe 1 saal se wahan k wahan he hai

People are suffering in extension since 2012 end regarding possession

I am new here. I need sincere advise from you all experienced here. I want to invest 14-15 lacs in any plot in islamabad or pindi.

What could be options for me from future perspective? And when the return can be expected i mean after how many years?

Please do suggest some society name as well as size of plot which might come around this figure of amount, i can stretch for another 1-2 lacs.

I know this amount is very small, as this is my first ever investment in property after coming into professional life, hope to increase from here onwards and create some assets.

10 marla plot in AWT or Wapda Town are best options in ur budget.It will pay u good returns after some time.

3)No wait for possession main point is you will buy plot not piece of paper

4)Near to airport

5)Near to CPEC route

In this budget you can capture level 10 marla plot in block F,G & H

Sir In this budget he can buy AWT C block plot then why u r referring F or H block ?

C block 10 marla price is around 15 to 17 lac.

If you want to really play safe then Multi ROS scheme near Wahcantt could be a good option. You will get possession 30x60 plot around 13 lacs.... Prices are low at the moment, it went upto 18-19 lacs. Now is the buying time. Return will slow and gradual increase.

Multi B-17 E Block 30x60 plot around 17 lacs with possession is another safe option.

Then AWT possession plot is another option.

Faisal Residencia 20x50 file on installment is good option but risky.

1- Can you please confirm this AWT is Army Welfare Trust? Its administration is under army or with some private builder or company?

2- Price range for available plots, size of plots and price? Which block preferred?

3- Long term benefits? like 5 years ?

4- If i take and do not construct, there will be no penalty on it if i do not construct it?

5- Plot will be from dealer, society or people already own them?

Please confirm these for AWT D-18.

C block have depression factor more than 80% and all small size plots are located at back so jab bechnay jae to plot tang karta hai kafi

While on the other hand Block F & specially H is level and located on fatima jinnah boulevard aur cheez aram se b sale hojati hai
