Investment advice

Salam u alaikum dear brothers.
I intend to buy a 10 marla plot in either g13 or g14, for building a house in future inshallah, early next year as currently funds available are around 50 lac (hoping to have around 1 crore available in first quarter next year inshallah if allah willing). The issue i see is that the prices would have gone up by that time and the fact that i don’t currently know when i will be building it since due to personal circumstances i don’t exactly know in how many years’ time i will be living there.
The alternative i see is to invest now and over the course of next 8-9 months in area like b17, top city 1, mumtaz city, d18 etc., sell the plots and buy a single plot when i am ready to build something. Can any brother advice which option would be better?

Sir why dont you opt for dha 2 for house construction??

Saadi bhai i dont like the location i.e rawat side will be too far. What do you say.

Sir its upto you..for zone 1,you have to shrink the plot size and expand your budget.Good 10 marla is worth 130 to 135 lacs approx.

If you want investment portfolio then spread your investment between zone 2 and zone 5.

DHA-2 is not that bad when it comes to ACCESS and all the basic amenities of life being offered.

DHA-2 is also the corner face from Rawat side and while travelling from Islamabad you have to stay on Express Highway plus decent community living there.

The other ACCESS is from Saddar --> Westridge --> GT Road to Zone-2.

Straight path on Express Highway Zone-1 and from Faizabad you can take Rawal Road / Park Road and you enter Zone-4.

Hope it help you to narrow down your options.
