Need expert advice for a safe investment of 3.5 to 4 m in rawalpindi and islamabad over 5 yrs period. With regard to roi which option is better apartment with rental income or a plot in a safe locality.

Mohammed Sir…Plot is definitely better as compared to apartments…For 5 years in this budget, i think a 5 marla in Dha 5 P block can be a good safe option. Other than this, bahria phase 8 and bahria enclave can also be considered.
What is the prospect of Bahria Phase 8Extention?
