I will go with TopCity... All though BTK is good investment, but some elements of risks and controversies are associated with BTK.

Would it be ok to buy one 10 Marla plot in TopCity A Block and one 8 Marla plot in Mumtaz City or would it be better to buy both in TopCIty ?
