I am surprised that you are not interested in investing in the real estate sector of pakistan, which is currently an investment haven. Anyways, you can think of investing in japanese cars, which are so trendy now a days in pakistan.

Arshad real estate sector is much fruitful for investment and i will recommend you to try out buying a house and rent it out, you will get your money back in the shape of rent and also when you will re sell your house, it will give you more return as well. Rest yes now a days, investment in cars is also a good option.

You are right shehyar and zain, thanks for advise, it feels like you are trying to convince me to invest in real estate, no one can deny the fact that real eastate is one of the best investment, but in my openion its in terms of less riskm but i'm looking for alternative investment with much higher gains. If you you know other than land or real estate then please let me know.

I got to know an investment that has much much hight potential like invest 5 mil and roi is so high that at the end of year absolutly and surely you can acheive 30+ mil, no matter market is down or not. Etc.

A new type of fund which gives you a very high return is a litigation claim fund in the uk and us. The fund is a pool of money from investors who buy units for a medium term investment. The fund managers invest the fund money into litigation claims. These are lawyers who choose cases where there is a high chance of winning and purchase the claim from the person who owns that claim. Then they fight the case and keep all the profit i.E. Recovery minus what they have paid to buy the claim. This fund invests in many cases so the money is hedged. Even if they lose a case here and there, on the whole they still make a big profit!
