Assalam alikum, i have some money that i was thinking about investing i thought about buying a plot in airline society lahore but unfortunately the prices are very high and i can't afford a 1 kanal plot, after visiting various societies so far only nespak phase 3 located on new defence road lahore fits my budget. What would be the expert opinion? Is it a safe investment? Because i won't be selling it anytime soon.
The current rate of 1 kanal plot in nespak 3 is around 4.4 million on average.
What would the experts suggest because i was planning on selling the plot after 1-2 years.
I've been hearing lots of rumors about the end of property boom in lahore.
Also, i won't be investing in a lda scheme because i have already lost more than 5 million pkr.

DHA Is only good for living then bahria Awt etc

One kanal plot in Fazaia housing society at 5.3~5.5M would be much better option. Develope ssociety, secure investment, better management.

@Crore patti well i had a plot in sabzazar scheme my father bought the plot in 1997,now last year we decided to sell the plot and invest the money in our business but when we filed a request for NOC we were told by the dealers and the LDA authorities that the plot was among the disputed plots in the scheme and there are over 400 plots in such category and LDA is not issuing NOC or transfer letters for those plots since 2002.
I have seen LDA alongwith dealer mafia corruption issue in some news channel as well.
I would advise you to look for something in dha…
Sir i dont know very much about dha rahber so give me sometime and i will let you know after discussing it with dha lahore specialist…i have some info about phase 7 and phase 8 only…As i live in ibd so do not have that much info about dha rahber…
DHA Rahber phase-1 is good option but its roads are not wide enough. Actually it is the society of Rangers. Fully developed and many houses are under construction.
My one kanal plot is also in Litigation in Ldaavenue one.Now that the society is about to give possession,there is no decision about the lligitation plots.
If anyone has some news plz share.
Dear rizwan in which sector your plot is in lda avenue. I have some good investments in lda avenue and I will chechk the status of litigation of my plot numbers through my sources. Also can u give little detail, as per your knowledge, the disputed areas in lda avenues?

Is it a good idea to invest on main double road LDA Avenue in the hope of making commercial plaza on the plot. This will be a busy road as Bahria and other people will come through Jubilee Town and use this road to reach shaukat khanum hospital,Johar Town etc. What is the opinion of Lahore experts?
@crorpati sahib,my plot is in sector C of ldaavenue one.There are many societies in the area of ldaavenue one but the one in which my plot falls is the Islamic Scholars Research housing society,where they say that the houses have already been constructed.
