I want to invest 5 million in some plot preferably in dha islamabad or bahria. Please advice for maximum return in 3 to 5 years.
Sir buy a 10 marla in N or P block of dha 2…Its a good feasible option right now.

I think P block is much better than N block.N block is cheaper than P block.
P block have a advantage hight and Expressway.It's located opposite of Q block and developing by Bahria like Q block so in my opinion P is best.
N block 3.8 to 4.5 million 10 marla depend on location.
P block 4.2 to 5 million 10 marla depend on location.

Any idea what does DHA reserved means on P block map. Do you have Q block map please share. In P block which plots have high price and which one low which factors determine high price keeping in mind you can not see plot on ground.

@dk. Sir depends upon location but P is preferable due to height.
Nadeem sb sir these prices are old.N and P block 10 marla now varies from 47 to 55 lacs approx for a regular shaped plot.
Sir returns cannot be quoted as such because when they reached at the price of 38 to 40 lacs i thought this is maximum but they continued to increase in price.but IA returns will be good dut to its future prospects.
