Currently dha bahria machinery working on p and q blocks. On map after p and q comes phase 2 extension. So can we hope that next thing to start development would be phase 2 extension or its a dream which will take more time to come true?
Keeping in mind dam dispute of dha valley which makes it difficult to develop and phase2 land which have no such dispute makes it easy to develop for dha. Experts, please share your views.
Also i heard that there will be no reballoting of phase 2 extension to put all blocks in 4 blocks and dha will stick to old series if planned blocks. I cannot confirm just hearing from dealers. Kindly confirm if u hearing the same and advise to put some money on it or stay away for now.
