I shall appreciate an advice on following options to invest 3-5 M.
1) Purchase a possession plot in Bahria Town phase 8.
2) couple of files in bahria town phase 8 extension.
3) 10 marla plot in dha phase 2 sector n or p (already have 1 plot each in both sectors)
4) 5 marla plot in dha phase 2 sector n & balance in giga appartments on instalment basis.

With 5 million,you should go for dha phase 2 sector N,1 kanal plot…May be you have to stretch your budget a bit for 1 kanal but it is one of the finest option available in market right now…Never ever think of investing in phase 8 ext…Do the purchasing very very carefully if you are going for phase 8…For dha deals,you can contact me anytime at 03455370978…Btw i also have some deals in phase 8…

1: Dha phase2 N or P block,
2: Bharia phase just go to possession area Safari valley or F1,F2
3:in zone 2 B-17 B or C block(don't go to F block of B-17)
