I wanted to invest 2-3 crores on commercial property in lahore,which can be rented out asap. I would prefer some shop. So kindly gurus suggest me a good place to invest in. Apart from that how much return on investment (roi) should i expect? People say if its 0.5 percent or 5-6% percent an year its good enough.
