Salam experts , my cousin have a 14 Marla plot in block D OPF zone 5 . He want to sell it in around 80 Lacs which I am going to buy and keep it for next 5 years for next 5 years for investment purpose , kindly provide your valuable opinion , will it be a good investment for me insha’Allah. As per my assumption opf location is overall not bad and future inside and outside developments of the society will give it a boom
Kindly suggest , I assume prices are still far better while location is not more than 30 minutes from Islamabad
