I am investing money in b-17. I wanted to ask which block to invest in. What is the status if margalla avenue is it on completion( date) . Will b-17 rise ?. I have 22 lacks
I think one should rely on the society and management to give output and results for it to groom and prices to rise rather relying on MA or some similar project to increase prices who existence to materialize is in the dim light.

B-17 is best for investment.In this budget go to E block which will give you good return inshAllah.Don't depend on MA because it's not in Multi hand.Multi management should serious in project and show something good to new investors for more investment.

Well 6 months would be great but I heard they have come to face some problems recently esp a graveyard near Shah Allah Ditta… More than 50% work has been completed, it’s just a matter of a few months once this problem is solved.

The way capital is expanding its wings,I am positive about the fact that B17 will be a one of the nicest place to live in few yrs down the line especially if M.A is completed which i am hopeful to be on the map and will be functional soon insha Allah (pewasta reh shajar se ...umaidey bahar rakh).
I have some investment in D block aka disputed block and few days back multi gave me an option to shift my plot to block A with a condition to built a house there with in 6 months but i am not interested in the proposal bcz of 3 reasons.
1st. Block A has grinding and dust issues and that will take some time the grinding to stop.
@nd. D block is on very solid piece of earth and thats the reason that local population decided to populate over this ground though they had option yrs ago to dig their villages some where else in that particular piece of land.
And lastly, D block will be cleared from all land disputed issues by multi soon bcz no would want a BLACK DOT over their white and clean clothes.so lets hope for the best
so i would recommend investment in B17(its my personal opinion and and anyone can disagree with it)
