Investiment advice dha or bahria

I am an overseas Pakistani and need your advise.

Could anyone advise me if its secure investment to invest in dha phase 2 ext ?

Also, do you know any upcoming dha or bahria projects ?

I have a budget upto 40 lack

Dear Mashallah,

Dha phase2 ext will take time so Bahria phase8 is best option which is on ground,developed and with possession.
