very slow development pace, that rocky terrain is very difficult to develop. if you still want to invest than go for only cutting areas, but for good returns you must have to wait for atleast 5 years, i will suggest you to go for Faisal Hills developed plots in almost same budget but far far better development and on ground possession. what is your budget may be i could suggest some better options in your budget.
