It all looks good but there are example of similar unsolicited offers, here in gulf, where people lost their savings. I am sorry, you may be an honest person but usually maintaining the abroad property is a headache especially when you have to wait for years to get the living rights. For rich hounds, the case is different, though!

The situation in Pakistan encourages to have at least some income in $ but if one is at that level, one could get rent in $ also in Islamabad.

I live in N America. There have been some scams in this sort of thing; not saying yours is one. It could be a good investment, but it could also turn out to be a bad one. Taxation is a real problem for foreigners holding property there, who dont have many of the consumer protection rights that local residents have. As well as recourse to the law, if anything should go wrong, knowing the litiginous society of the US. Insurance and other costs can mount, in addition to management fees if one is an absentee landlord. Having said all that, your offer is interesting, if you could only give some more details. Safer route is to get US Visa first by showing them the money you have and your intentions to invest in real estate market in US. Then go there and make a deal through licensed real estate agents only. That way you are safe and legal.
