Actually I am confused weather should I invest in DHA Phase 8 or should buy 2 one Kanal files in Phase 9 or in another good investment option.
Roughly I am having 115K rs to play with.
Please guide.

A plot in DHA Phase-8 would be better than Phase-9 files

Well what i can say is dont go for a place where investers have already played its major part in expanding the prices. Phase 8 proper has been one of such kind, investers ans dealers have raised its value to max levels, and no i dont think so it has enough juice left. I mean if u spend 1.5 crores and then it goes to 2, this is far less efficient then a 40 lakh file going to 80 lakhs. All i am saying is phase 8 proper has touched its peak, i mean it can never go cross phase 1,2,3 or 4.
Hence if you wanna invest then look for something which still has juice left.
Phase 9 2 kanals , always try to get max juice , buying on source price is called good investment. Phase 8 if u want little in quick , phase 9 if u want solid return in coming years, forget dha ph 2 now isbd new blocks , if u can get kanal in 125 near jacranda its also good
Zeeshan - Make sense, though wise men always advised, if you have money then invest in plots instead of files.
Also consider phase 2 isb…Its also excellent investment.
Saadi - ISB DHA phase has no match to Lahore DHA.

Saadi, what is the price of PHAI Phase 2 Extension file of K block (Not from commoners town, but file)? With all development charges paid already. Recommend me something for that, sell it and put some more funds to buy somewhere in DHAI 2 can be an option. Please guide.
@Fahad in your budget you can find a plot in sector S, the land is level and it is near to LSE(lahore school of economics).
Its always better/less risky to go with on ground plot as compared to file.
If not sector V better than S? there are few options in sector V as well in this budget. What is the status of overall different sectors development?
Rana sb..Sir bitter truth is that dha 2 ext is still neglected and is a very long term investment...Better move to proer dha 2 if you have funds as it is one of the best options in isb market these days...
@ arif sbb..Sir i agree dha lhr is much better but when you talk of only of phase 1 to 6..Such a huge investment comparing the present situation of ph8 is simply abnormal and is not recommended for investment at all as it still has very long way to go to justify this hefty price tag..Secondly in lhr dha dont have to face such fierce competition which it has to face in isb when you talk of dha isb...
Saadi - I am coming to ISB in next 2 months, will meet you and discuss face to face, and if you could convince me for ISB DHA or some other investment in ISB, I am more happy to buy plot there through you. Recently, you also recommended BE along with DHA, didn’t sound like a good investment, especially what we are hearing these days about merger and stuff.
Saadi Sahib, so how much funds can be sought by selling this DHAI Phase 2 extension K block file? I have paid the development charges as well. And what should be bought then pooling extra funds and how much?
